With no split shifts, 7 weeks annual leave per year, and the chance to use your skills and passion to produce amazing food โ this could be the perfect Chef role for you.
At St Johns Hospice we pride ourselves on producing locally sourced, homemade food which is served fresh daily in our busy Courtyard Cafรฉ, to the patients in our care, and the wider Hospice team. Ourย Courtyard Cafรฉย boasts 66 covers and is open daily, as well as hosting special events throughout the year. With evolving menuโs, this also gives you the chance to be involved in, and enjoy the freedom to produce food that is of a high standard.
The successful candidate will have experience of producing high quality meals from raw produce for individuals with different dietary requirements.ย You will be required to build good relationships and work with our suppliers. You will have shared responsibility for the daily kitchen operation.
