Assistant Manager (Penny Street)

Based in the heart of Lancaster, our Penny Street Pound Shop is a busy and fast-moving shop, and this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, delivering outstanding customer service and is committed to the work of the Hospice. Our Shops raise vital income that directly supports the work of the Hospice and the people in our community who need us.

We are looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to join our team. You will provide cover in the absence of the Shop Manager, ensuring the smooth running of the shop and a high level of customer satisfaction. The role will also include occasionally providing support across our network ofย ten shops.
