The Memory Tree

The Memory Tree sits upon the wall in the heart of the Hospice reception at St John's to support those who wish to remember someone special. The tree is made up of a collection of beautiful copper, silver and gold leaves, which are made in dedication to your loved one. Each leaf is engraved with your loving message, or the name of the person you want to remember in this meaningful and beautiful display.

Your leaf will remain on our tree for you to visit for the duration. As your dedication nears its time period coming to a close, we will contact you to see if you would like to renew your leaf’s fund or if you would like for this to be returned to you to keep at home in a place.

Personalised inscriptions are up to 26 characters (including spaces). Once the one, two or five year display time comes to a close, you have the option to renew the time of your leaf, or we will box it up and send it to you to keep.
I WOULD LIKE TO DEDICATE A LEAF
