Supporter Care Manager

As a Hospice, we rely on the generous support from our amazing local community, which helps us to provide vital care to our patients and their families. Our Supporter Care Team put our donors at the heart of everything they do, to ensure they feel connected and valued whilst supporting the work of St John’s Hospice.

We are looking for a Supporter Care Manager to lead and develop our Supporter Care team, is this you? You will inspire and empower your team to develop and progress the supporter care journey. You will be an experienced data controller, providing trust-worthy supporter data by analysing and segmenting the data to grow key income streams to influence how we fundraise in the future, whilst supporting and endorsing St John’s Hospice’s principles, values and brand.

📍 Location: St John’s Hospice, Lancaster

⏰ Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

✅ Contract: Permanent

💰 Pay: £23,415 – £24,133 per annum

💚 Pension: *NHS Pension Scheme available subject to availability criteria; or 8% employer funded St John’s Hospice Pension Scheme

📅 Closing Date: Sunday 12th June 2022
