You are invited to attend the Yogathon, on Sunday the 2nd of February, in the Halton Suite at the Holiday Inn, Caton Road, Lancaster, which is being held in support of St John’s Hospice and the Olive Branch Food Bank!
There will be four amazing sessions throughout the afternoon:
12 noon – Lynsey Finch – seasonal vinyasa flow
1PM – Sue Denerley – partner yoga in pairs
2PM – Sue Garner – enjoyable and appropriate yoga practise
3PM – Christina Elazab – gentle, stretchy and relaxing yoga
All levels of experience are welcome, including absolute beginners!
There is no need to book and the minimum suggested donation is just £5 (cash only): turn up on the day and stay as long as you like!
