Last Days Matter is a free one-off programme of two and a half hours to support you with end-of-life considerations and care, held here at St John’s Hospice.
Tuesday 8th July 2025 1.30pm – 4.30pm
Developed by St John’s Hospice and colleagues, this programme uses films and group discussions to help you manage issues around end of life care because last days matter. Last Days Matter will help you with key topics including: planning for the future, caring for someone with a life shortening condition, saying goodbye, recognising the physical signs of dying and supporting someone to find the ‘new normal’ following a bereavement.
Everyone is welcome and no clinical experience is necessary.
