We are recruiting an Shop Manager for our busy Slyne Furniture Shop, which generates vital income for St John’s Hospice from donated stock.
Location: Slyne Road, Lancaster
Hours: 35 per week (5 days over a 7 day rota)
Role Type: Permanent
Pay: £18,928 per annum
Pension: 8% employer funded St John’s Hospice Pension Scheme
Closing Date: Sunday 1st November 2021
- Maximise sales and minimise costs in your own shop and across the whole retail operation.
- Be accountable for the effective management of your people, stock and administration.
- Motivate and train your team and volunteers to a high standard, creating a positive team spirit in your store.
- Ensure the delivery, by yourself and all those working or volunteering in the shop, of excellent customer service.
- Present a professional image to staff, volunteers and customers at all times reflecting the image and reputation of St John’s Hospice.
