Shop Manager

Working as a Shop Manager you will work to the best of your ability to maximise sales and minimise costs.  Maintain a high standard of presentation, both in the windows and the interior of the shop.  Be accountable for the effective management of staff, volunteers, stock and administration. To motivate and train staff and volunteers to a high standard, creating a team spirit in your store. You will deliver excellent customer service and present a professional image to staff, volunteers and customers at all times reflecting the image and reputation of St John’s Hospice.

Location: Morecambe
Shop: Pedder Street 
Hours: 35 per week. Hours of work are 9:15 – 4:45
Working Pattern: 5 x 7 hour days over a 6 day rota (Monday to Saturday) with occasional Sunday work.
Contract: Permanent
Pay: £16,525 per annum
Pension Scheme: 8% employer contribution
Closing Date: 10th November 2019
