Working as part of our Hospice at Home team you will provide vital support overnight for people, living in the South Lakes area to remain in their own homes at the end of life.

Hours: 3 nights per week (27 hours)
Work Pattern: 9 hour night shifts, over a 7 day rota, 365 days a year
Pay: *£21,329 – £21,979 per annum (pro rata) (dependant on pension scheme).
Pension Scheme: 8% employer funded (some applicants may be eligible to re-join a previous NHS Pension)

Provide overnight support for patients with life limiting conditions in their own homes giving vital overnight respite for carers across the South Lakes locality.
It is essential you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle with appropriate insurance during working hours.
This post predominantly involves lone working in patients own homes at night.
