A good night’s sleep is the best way to start a new day! Rachael is available to train school staff, so that they can help children who aren’t getting enough sleep. Whether through bad habits or times of high stress, a tired child can’t learn effectively – nor can they get the most out of exercise or play. Rachael can train staff to spot the signs of children who aren’t getting enough sleep, and give them the knowledge and the resources to help; from routines and good sleep ‘hygiene’ to activities and even foods that can promote a good night’s sleep.
