We are looking to recruit a highly competent administrator with excellent interpersonal and communication skill. As part of this role, you will be responsible for the administration of the Hospice’s weekly Lottery ensuring that all personal data and data processes are carried out under the Data Protection Act 2018 and are compliant with the Gambling Commission and Fundraising Regulator’s requirements.
You will support the retention and growth of lottery players through robust administrative processes.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Contract: 12 months fixed term (maternity leave cover)
Pay: £18,622 – 19,207* pro rata (*depending upon pension scheme)
Shift pattern: 3 x 7.5 hour days (to include a Friday)
Pension scheme: 8% employer contribution (*NHS Pension Scheme available subject to eligibility)
