Location: St John’s Hospice, Lancaster
21 hours per week
Role Type: Permanent
Pay: £19,675 – £20,280 per annum (pro rata).
Pension Scheme: 8% employer contribution (NHS Pension continued if eligibility criteria met)

The purpose of this role is to:

  • Provide an effective and comprehensive administrative service to support recruitment of new staff and human resource activities at the Hospice.
  • Enable robust reporting of accurate data to evidence HR activity and compliance with policies and procedures in relation to recruitment, professional registration, probation, appraisal, performance, absence and annual leave.
  • Complete all administrative processes for visiting clinicians with ‘Practising Privileges’.
