St John’s Hospice

St John’s Helpline – 07857549744

St John’s Hospice is here to offer bereavement support if you have been affected by the death of a loved one due to COVID-19.
Call our new helpline number: 07857549744 or email [email protected] if you need support, someone to talk to or someone to listen to you.
Your loved one need not have been under the care of the Hospice or have died from COVID-19 for you to access this service. Their death and your bereavement may still have been impacted by COVID-19 making the experience even more challenging with restricted hospital visits or not being able to hold a full funeral – We are here for you as well.
You can also access our bereavement resources page: sjhospice.org.uk/coronavirus-bereavement.
This is not a 24/7 service – if not staffed please leave a message with contact details and our team will get in touch within 3 days.

The team at St John’s Hospice has prepared a special practical guide for relatives and carers on what to do after someone has died during the Covid-19 pandemic. Click below to download and read.
