Assistant Manager, Pound Shop, Lancaster

We are recruiting an Assistant Manager who will be based in our Penny Street Pound Shop, to provide cover in the absence of the Shop Manager. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth running of shop, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. This role will also include occasionally supporting our network of shops in Lancaster and Morecambe.

📍 Location: Pound Shop, Penny Street, Lancaster
⏰ Hours: 
21 per week (3 days over a 7 day rota)
✅ Role Type: Permanent
💰 Pay: £9,937 per annum (pro rata)
💚 Pension: 
*NHS Pension Scheme available subject to availability criteria; or 8% employer funded St John’s Hospice Pension Scheme
