We are looking to recruit a highly competent Administrator for our Day Services and Family Support Team. Are you passionate about maintaining administrative systems and love working with people?   As a FST and Day Services Administrator you will support the work of our Day Services and in particular our Family Support Team (bereavement & spiritual care) by delivering an efficient and effective reception and administrative service.

Hours:                         21 hours per week
Contract:                  Permanent
Pay:                              £8,779 – £9,052* per annum (*depending upon pension scheme)
Shift pattern:          21 hours over 4 days per week.
Pension scheme:  8% employer contribution (*NHS Pension Scheme available subject to eligibility)

Interview date:    20th February 2019

Our ideal candidate will have experience of providing secretarial or administrative support to a busy department; experience of setting up and managing administrative systems and excellent interpersonal skills.

In this role you will:-

  • Act as a key liaison point within the department for visitors, patients, staff and external healthcare professionals
  • Provide reception and administrative support for the clinical activities which take place in the Oak Centre (out patients) ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Day Services
  • Supervise and coordinate admin support volunteers.
