Some members may wish to temporarily exclude themselves from future plays for a period of their choosing. The St John’s Lottery can assist members at any time if requested. If you wish to ‘self-exclude’ yourself from our lottery, please fill out our self-exclusion form, which you can download here: Self Exclusion Form.

The complaints policy and procedure for the St John’s Hospice Lottery is available upon request.

Any complaints that cannot be resolved by St John’s Hospice will be referred to the Independent Betting Arbitration Service (IBAS). You can reach them on 020 7347 5883.
