It costs just £1 a week to join our Lottery and you will be helping us to provide a vital service to those who need it most. St. John's Hospice is perhaps one of the last hospices in the UK to have it's own lottery, which for many other hospices is a vital source of income.

We hope that by launching a lottery for our supporters, it will provide us with the vital funds needed to keep our services going.

By taking part in our lottery for as little as £1 a week, you will be giving yourself the opportunity to win up to £750 whilst helping to raise money for your local charity!

To join and register for the Moonlight Walk for free, simply fill out both entry forms and post to:

LA2 6ST.

Please make cheques payable to 'St. John's Hospice Lottery'
Minimum payment of £26 (6 months membership) required.

You can also enter by visiting the hospice to fill in your forms and handing these to reception.

Unfortunately, we are not able to extend our offer to online entries at the moment. If you have already entered online and wish to take up our offer, please telephone us on 01524 382538 and we will refund your entry fee once we have received your lottery membership form.

All entries made before 3rd April will still qualify for the early bird prize draw.
