Anyone attending daycare, or being admitted as an in patient at St. John's Hospice, has access to a specialist palliative care occupational therapy service.

Occupational therapy aims to help people who are experiencing illness or disability to carry on doing the daily activities that are important to them.
We can do this by
- adapting the way that they do it,
- or providing aids to assist them.
We can also help people to manage things like
- anxiety and panic
- breathlessness.
