Clinics
Patients can be referred to our Palliative Clinic.These are held twice a week at St. John's Hospice when patients can see a consultant to explore ways of dealing with particular symptoms, and in doing so, prolong the time that they can live fully and independently at home, having the benefit of various symptoms, issues etc. managed as an out-patient.
Clinics are held at:
St. John's Hospice on Thursday and Friday mornings.
Referrals need to be made by:
- Your Hospital Consultant,
- Hospital Macmillan nurse,
- Your GP
- Or your Community Macmillan Nurse.
